📋 Description

• Own a caseload of members from onboarding through the 90-day milestone and beyond • Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions • Support members asynchronously through warm, timely, and clear messaging • Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery using AI tooling • Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to support behavior change • Contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within coaching scope under the Clinical Team's guidance • Track progress against member-defined goals and celebrate behavior and consistency wins • Share member insights with the team and help shape the evolving coaching program

🎯 Requirements

• Full NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) board certification is required • An associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent, experience-based path to coaching certification • 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience • Proven high-volume caseload management experience • Ability to work with a diverse member population across ages, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and health starting points • Strong written communication skills • Strong verbal communication and presence for video coaching • Ability to synthesize health data • Current health-trend knowledge and experience coaching clients across nutrition apps and wearable devices • Additional credentials such as ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, or NASM Behavior Change Specialist are a plus, not required • Personal-training or strength credential is a plus, not required • Nutrition-coaching certification is a plus, not required • Advanced degree in exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, not required • Experience with clinical collaboration, luxury clientele, coaching specialties, or startups is a plus, not required
