📋 Description

• Own a caseload of members from onboarding through the 90-day milestone and beyond • Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions • Support members asynchronously through warm, timely, and clear messaging • Build and adjust personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery • Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to support behavior change • Contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within scope under Future’s Clinical Team guidance • Track member progress and celebrate behavior and consistency wins • Share member insights with the team and help shape the evolving program

🎯 Requirements

• Health coaching certification from a recognized program covering behavior-change theory, motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and foundational nutrition, such as an NBHWC-approved program, ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, or equivalent • Associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent experience-based path to the coaching certification • 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience • Proven high-volume caseload management • Experience adapting coaching to diverse member populations • Strong written communication • Strong verbal communication and video coaching presence • Ability to synthesize health data • Experience coaching clients across nutrition apps and wearable devices • Residence in an approved state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
