📋 Description

• Own the development and annual refresh of GFiber’s 10-year integrated financial model • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate long-term strategic goals into detailed multi-year projections • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures • Assist in evaluating funding strategies and executing financing activities, including debt issuances and credit facility management • Support the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, from initial screening and due diligence to deal structuring and post-close integration • Conduct financial modeling and deep-dive telecommunications industry research • Help manage GFiber’s relationships with external financing partners • Support capital markets activity, M&A analysis and execution, and long-range financial planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience • 2 years of experience as an investment banking analyst • 2 years of experience working with Excel, with a proven track record of building complex, multi-year integrated financial models • 2 years of direct exposure to debt capital market transactions • Understanding of capital structure optimization and cash flow waterfall mechanics • 2 years of experience managing and interpreting large data sets to identify long-term trends and drivers • The role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
