📋 Description

• Define what to build and why by turning customer insights into product hypotheses, testing them, and creating roadmaps • Balance user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility • Move fluidly across product management, engineering, and design without handoffs • Write production code, prototype in low-code/AI environments, and work deeply with engineering partners • Use AI coding tools to build quickly while maintaining quality • Design AI-powered experiences involving LLMs, agents, and AI workflows • Translate AI behavior into useful and trustworthy product experiences • Distinguish AI features from AI foundations • Talk to customers and users to drive discovery • Turn customer conversations into working prototypes quickly • Operate independently and improve the effectiveness of colleagues • Communicate with executives, engineers, and go-to-market teams • Align stakeholders while maintaining momentum

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience spanning product management, software engineering, and/or product design, with demonstrated strength across at least two of the three • Proven track record building and shipping AI-powered products, including LLM integrations, AI workflows, or agent-based features • Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, Lovable, or equivalent • Strong engineering foundation: ability to read and write code, understand system design tradeoffs, and partner deeply with engineers • Ability to own a product end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and iteration, without heavy process scaffolding • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Demonstrated ability to move fast • Clear passion for G2’s mission and a point of view on where B2B software discovery is heading • High-energy, low-ego; focus on outcomes over credit • BS/BA in related field • Experience in B2B SaaS or familiarity with the software buying/selling space is a plus
