📋 Description

• Conduct research on industries and companies for M&A, financing, restructuring, and marketing needs • Build and analyze financial models (LBO, DCF, etc.) for clients across industries and sectors • Transform complex client data into clear visuals • Synthesize and communicate the unique value propositions of our clients • Support the build out of comprehensive market landscapes for M&A-focused mandates • Partner with Analysts, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors to develop compelling marketing materials • Manage high-stakes deadlines with grace and poise • Provide timely, concise updates to internal teams and clients • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in an M&A investment banking environment with transaction and execution experience • Proven experience building out a comprehensive market analysis • Financial modeling and analytical skills, including knowledge of financial accounting • Strong experience producing high-quality marketing collateral • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PPT • A natural curiosity to understand how and why things work • An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude • A commitment to fostering collaboration by sharing knowledge, resources, ideas, and constructive feedback • A track record of acting with integrity • Exceptional business acumen including listening, written, and oral communication skills • Demonstrated success in key client-facing roles
