📋 Description

• Provide empathetic emotional support to patients throughout their treatment. • Assist patients with registration, onboarding, and understanding telepsychiatry platforms. • Help complete disability forms and support physicians with accommodation letters. • Coordinate lab work appointments and assist patients in obtaining medical records. • Guide patients through pharmacy or prescription-related issues. • Resolve support escalations through Zoom calls or virtual communication. • Advocate for patient rights, needs, and access to care. • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and notifications of any changes. • Assist with out-of-network claims and respond to billing or payment-related queries. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and provider schedules. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with external providers. • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve patient care and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacist or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Patient Advocate, Clinical Coordinator, or similar role. • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level). • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage compassionately with diverse patient populations. • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills. • Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment modalities (preferred). • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care technologies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of four, take the initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality. • Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday.
