📋 Description

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients • Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns • Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals around everyday challenges and areas where they might feel stuck • Provide virtual coaching services to K-12 students and school staff

🎯 Requirements

• Coaching Certification • Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field • 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students • Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms • Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection • Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured • Bilingual preferred • Experience providing virtual coaching preferred
