📋 Description

• Lead design drafting and BIM activities for Revit-based efforts • Set up Revit models and workspaces for projects • Coordinate with external entities to assimilate BIM workspaces • Develop and enforce Revit standards • Build Revit content libraries and families • Lead model clash detection and coordination processes • Work with designers and drafters within project teams • Perform AutoCAD drafting and design services • Acquire site data through 3D scans, measurements, or sketches • Translate site data into client MEP drawings • Check and verify drawings/models for errors and clashes • Develop drawing sets for review, permitting, bids, or construction • Assist with internal drafting and BIM standardization • Collect data and documents, participate in project teams and field investigations, and develop drawings or 3D models for engineering clients

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revit-based BIM design and drafting • High school and technical school or training • Technical/other training or better in Drafting • Proficiency with Revit BIM and AutoCAD design drafting • Experience setting up Revit models and workspaces • Experience coordinating BIM workspaces with external entities • Experience developing and enforcing Revit standards • Experience building Revit content libraries and families • Experience with model clash detection and coordination • Ability to acquire site data via 3D scan, measurement, or sketches • Ability to check and verify drawings/models for errors and clashes • Required driver's license • Basic oral and written communication skills
