📋 Description

• Prepare specification packages, structural and fabrication drawings. • Perform design and analysis of transmission lines using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and PLS-Tower. • Conduct foundation design and analysis. • Perform electrical clearance checks and calculations. • Ensure compliance with client codes, standards, and specifications. • Develop a keen understanding of Owner objectives and maintain close client relationships. • Support Owner by managing RFIs, review submittals, and oversee design compliance. • Identify cost savings through schedule control, scope management, and change order oversight. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Implement effective engineering methods and provide technical guidance to team members. • May mentor junior engineers and assist with proposal development for new opportunities. • Travel to project sites for meetings and stakeholder engagement as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ Years of Experience • B.S. or M.S. Engineering • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, reciprocity in multiple states
