📋 Description

• Own Gaia’s consumer funnel end-to-end: from first touch through consult booking, financing, and treatment activation. • Responsible for improving conversion, increasing revenue, and helping thousands of patients navigate healthcare decisions. • Work directly with the Head of Product, alongside engineering, design, marketing, operations, and clinic partners. • High autonomy, fast shipping velocity, and direct influence on company strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience • Experience owning growth, conversion, marketplace, or consumer funnels • Proven track record improving key business metrics through experimentation • Comfortable owning revenue outcomes, not just shipping features • Strong product intuition paired with analytical rigor • Highly autonomous operator who thrives in ambiguity • Experience in fast-moving startup environments (Series A/B preferred) • NYC-based and excited to work in person several days per week
