📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision for Gaia’s employer offering, turning ambiguity into a crisp roadmap • Create a lovable employer and employee experience that stands out in the fertility & family-building landscape • Co-lead the ROI strategy for the employer product • Align with Sales & Legal on what we sell • Partner with Ops on what we can operationalize • Work with Eng to build scalable systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years B2B experience in product or growth roles - ideally in high-growth fast-paced startups • Have built or worked on an employer healthcare product before • Care about revenue and margin, not just UX polish • Love ambiguity • Are AI-native, constantly testing out the latest tools to scale yourself & your team • Can go from whiteboard → SQL → customer call → Figma → pricing model in the same week • Have high energy and bias toward action
