📋 Description
• lead and manage all aspects of the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects • define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects • develop and implement standard Test CoE processes, templates, and guidelines • supervise and manage work allocation, demand management, and resource capacity • monitor productivity and bandwidth to ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects • manage project scope, issues, and changes; conduct risk assessments • interface with various teams for collaboration on testing efforts • ensure day-to-day client management, service delivery scope, schedule, and quality
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA • at least 4 years in a leadership role • familiarity with healthcare • experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM) • strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting • experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams • experience with SQL for test data and backend validation • excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
