• Background in business, IT, engineering, or related field • Foundational exposure to Business Analysis and/or Project Management practices • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Strong communication skills • Disciplined in tracking action items and managing follow-ups • Exposure to project management methodologies, tools, and budgeting
