• Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide services to implement a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing and compliance platform that consolidates multiple legacy systems into a unified enterprise solution. • Responsibilities include project planning and governance, requirements elicitation and user story development, solution design, systems integration, API and interface development, data conversion and migration, configuration management, testing support, sprint execution, training and knowledge transfer, production deployment, and post-implementation support. • The project will be delivered using Agile Scrum methodologies through a phased implementation approach, requiring the successful configuration, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of a secure, FedRAMP-compliant cloud solution that supports licensing, compliance, enforcement, case management, document management, reporting, payment processing, and integration with internal and external systems. • The Contractor will also provide ongoing maintenance and operations, service desk support, system enhancements, regulatory updates, security compliance, performance monitoring, and operational support to ensure continued system availability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business and legislative requirements.
• Must possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or Computer Science. • Within the last eight (8) years, a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Project Manager on a large scale complex IT project for State of California government agency (City, State, County or Federal), managing the end-to-end design, development and implementation (DDI) of software solutions. • Within the last eight (8) years, a minimum of two (2) years managing cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. • Within the last eight (8) years, a minimum of two (2) years developing, updating, and executing project management plans, and must have experience in managing all the following: scope, schedule, resource allocation, risk, and stakeholder communication. • Within the last eight (8) years, a minimum of two (2) years applying standard project management methodologies and Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches using modern project management tools. • Possession of current and active Project Management Institution (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
