📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met. • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between departments. • Develop project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation plans. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays or issues. • Organize and lead virtual meetings, status updates, and progress reviews. • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date. • Continuously improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting. • Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus. • PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
