📋 Description

• Analyze, plan, design, document and recommend improvements to business processes supporting clients’ technological aspirations • Act as a bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel • Define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify client requirements in system design • Participate in technical reviews and inspections • Ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare • 2–5 years of claims experience required • Medicaid experience preferred • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to motivate others to action and communicate key technical ideas in a digestible way • Fully remote work limited to contiguous US locations • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation • Photo required during screening for verification throughout the recruitment process
