📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects • Work with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers to ensure applications meet business needs • Translate business objectives into technical solutions • Support the software development lifecycle from inception through implementation • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycles • Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and training materials • Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live • Assist with project planning, tracking, change management, impact analysis, risk management, and communications • Coordinate business analyst team activities on IT projects • Guide and support newer team members • Quantify anticipated solution approaches and business impact using analytical and relational database capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, and Documentation • 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Systems and US PBM domain knowledge • Medicaid experience is a plus • Skilled in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior Analysts and Architects • Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners • Familiarity with large corporate matrixed environments • SSIS experience is a plus • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 0–20% • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
