📋 Description

• Application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS cloud. • Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments. • Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues. • Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance. • Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements. • Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management. • Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure, SSL Certificate Management, Firewall Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery. • Security and incident management experience, including Operational and Security Event Monitoring, Incident Response, OS Patching, and Security Software Updates. • Application and database support knowledge, including Operations Support, Database administration, and .NET C# Development. • Preferred skills: InRule, Appian, and Business Intelligence Tools such as SSRS and SSIS.
