📋 Description
• Oversight of all contract compliance and audit activities • Develop and coordinate contract monitoring performance standards • Produce monthly status reports on contract monitoring conditions • Work with State and Gainwell Leadership on management areas • Train and reinforce understanding of contract compliance to new staff and leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent • 6+ years of Audit/Compliance experience preferred • Expertise in creating positive changes in process improvement and contract compliance • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (writing, listening, speaking, presenting) • Fluent in English • Healthcare or insurance industry experience is preferred • Prior Medicare/Medicaid State experience is a plus
