📋 Description

• Enter and process information from source claim documents accurately and efficiently • Review information for completeness and accuracy • Identify data deficiencies and make corrections according to established procedures • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards within required deadlines • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information • Follow established policies and procedures • Manage multiple tasks and priorities • Contribute to the success of the Data Entry Operations team • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a production environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative, clerical, or related experience • Ability to perform data entry at a minimum speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with strong accuracy • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and process high volumes of information • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation • Ability to meet productivity expectations and deadlines • Must reside in the Greater Sacramento, California area • Must complete a 10-key/data entry assessment and achieve a minimum score of 9,000 KSPH • Must complete a skills and competency assessment
