📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of service delivery for assigned customer accounts • Advise the Account General Manager as a trusted delivery advisor and delivery subject matter expert • Ensure best-in-class delivery by integrating capabilities across Gainwell teams • Maximize customer value while optimizing Gainwell profitability • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, IT, implementation, engineering, product management, and other teams on service delivery and enhancements • Implement and manage systematic delivery status reporting for customers and Gainwell • Build relationships with shared service leaders and customer stakeholders at all levels • Establish data- and metrics-driven governance and systematic escalation processes, including escalation to the COO when necessary • Handle recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and other people management responsibilities • Support revenue and growth, account profitability, ROI, customer satisfaction, retention, SLA compliance, and operational metrics

• Strong, demonstrated program management skills • Ability to navigate strategic and tactical aspects of delivery management • Ability to inspire confidence with clients and Gainwell leadership • Strong financial acumen and ability to balance client value with cost optimization • Expertise collaborating in deeply matrixed environments across large teams • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities with external clients and internal-facing teams • In-depth understanding of the Healthcare/Medicaid business, clients, and solutions • Ability to understand customer contracts, including terms and conditions and their impact on delivery • Ability to work in a virtual role; opportunities are throughout the United States
