📋 Description

• Support configuration, development, testing, and implementation of drug rebate solutions for state clients • Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance • Serve as a subject matter expert for drug rebate solutions • Collaborate with pharmacy, finance, IT, development, and cross-functional enterprise teams • Translate business and rebate program requirements into application designs, functional specifications, and scalable technical solutions • Lead and contribute to testing, integration, deployment, and documentation • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through project meetings and JAD sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with healthcare applications and data • Medicaid drug rebate experience preferred • 8+ years of experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle • Experience with software development tools such as Azure DevOps • Experience with modern development methodologies and release management • Experience with ETL processes and data integration • SSIS experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience implementing and supporting applications built on low-code platforms • USoft experience preferred • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
