📋 Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects • Ensure high-quality delivery through strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with teams • Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for projects • Develop and implement standard Test CoE processes, templates, and guidelines • Supervise and manage work allocation, demand management, and resource capacity • Monitor productivity and bandwidth to ensure seamless delivery • Manage project scope, issues, and changes; conduct risk assessments • Interface with functional, performance, automation, and release management teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA • at least 4 years in a leadership role • Familiarity with healthcare • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM) • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting • Experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams • Experience with SQL for test data and backend validation • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
