📋 Description

• Answer inbound member calls and provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services • Research member inquiries, resolve issues, and respond within established service level agreements (SLAs) • Document member interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system • Collaborate with team members, leadership, and business partners to resolve member concerns • Conduct outbound calls to provide updates, obtain additional information, or support business initiatives • Assist members throughout California from a home office • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting members • Help members access healthcare information and services

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the state of California • Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center or customer contact center environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Passion for helping others • Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while handling a high volume of member interactions • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications, CRM systems, and telephone technology
