📋 Description

• Enter and verify claims information, supporting documentation, and healthcare records accurately • Review claims forms and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and member information • Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while managing daily workloads • Use multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications to support claims processing and operational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum two years of experience in data entry, administrative support, claims processing, healthcare operations, or a related field • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a remote environment • May be required to complete a skills assessment, including data entry and typing proficiency • Work schedule generally aligned with standard business hours, Monday through Friday
