📋 Description

• Create engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classroom, and instructor-led training environments • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives • Develop storyboards, course content, learning activities, assessments, and supporting materials • Create interactive, visually engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences using eLearning authoring tools • Manage multiple instructional design projects and priorities while improving content and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred • Three to five years of instructional design experience preferred • Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia • Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles, storyboarding, course development, and assessment design • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and project-management skills • Experience supporting training transformation or system implementation launches • Portfolio of instructional design work are preferred
