📋 Description

• Interpret and apply federal and state Medicaid regulations, statutes, and policies related to long term care • Analyze provider records across multiple accounting software systems to identify discrepancies • Identify improper payments, including inaccurate payments, collections issues, and coordination of benefits • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned long term care providers • Manage a caseload of 30+ in various stages of completion • Prepare and deliver provider reports and maintain ongoing communication throughout the audit process • Provide regular status updates and reports to management • Conduct audits and analyze financial data to support the accuracy and integrity of long term care Medicaid payments

🎯 Requirements

• College degree required • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet or exceed revenue and audit targets • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and long term care providers • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and follow direction as needed • Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone locations • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Reliable broadband internet required (minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload; higher speeds recommended)
