• High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Three or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably within an outsourcing environment • Experience working in Medicaid or other health insurance environments • Strong proficiency with personal computers and business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
