📋 Description

• Create and implement complex project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for large or multiple high-complexity projects • Determine the need for and impact of project scope changes and implement recommendations • Gain stakeholder concurrence, approval, and consensus regarding project aspects • Identify appropriate resources and staff projects • Organize project teams to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Act as point of contact with client project management • Identify staffing changes or needs as projects progress • Manage costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables • Ensure schedules and budgets are met and revise plans as appropriate • Oversee project status reviews, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation solutions • Work with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage technical, business, and schedule changes • Determine when additional resources are needed and implement accordingly • Gather information regarding possible solutions that may create additional or unique project objectives or results • Manage client, company management, and project team expectations using project metrics • Recommend and implement changes or alternate paths based on performance and metrics • Develop and deliver presentations that could lead to expanded business opportunities • Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls • Manage client expectations and balance company and client needs • Oversee assigned project personnel, assign work, and provide direction • Address performance issues within prescribed guidelines and provide performance input upon project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Twelve or more years of project planning/management experience • Experience with project management methodology such as Catalyst, including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness • Experience with administrative processes • Experience with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors • Experience with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to the area • Experience with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases • Strong organizational skills • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients • Strong communication skills • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Must be based within the United States
