📋 Description

• Document existing CX processes through detailed flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions • Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Write and maintain standardized SOPs and DLPs for CX functional areas • Review and update SOPs and DLPs to reflect process changes and new requirements • Implement version-control procedures for documentation changes • Conduct periodic reviews and validations to ensure documentation reflects actual operations and complies with standards • Gather stakeholder and operational-team feedback to refine documentation • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices • Create and maintain documentation templates, tools, and resources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts • Track and report progress on documentation projects • Manage work planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and issue escalation • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members, stakeholders, and management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Communication, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in technical/process writing, SOP/DLP development, and/or operational documentation • Knowledge management skills • Confidence in leading Teams meetings and gaining necessary process information from others • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Working knowledge of process mapping techniques • Ability to use Visio or similar applications • Analytical mindset to break down and record processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Preferred: Industry knowledge of Medicaid operations (Claims, Prior Authorization, Provider Enrollment, Contact Center, Mailroom) • Preferred: Experience translating complex workflows into standardized documentation (SOPs, DLPs, process maps) • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification • Preferred: Project management experience with multiple workstreams and project management tools such as MS Project or Planner • Preferred: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Proficiency in personal computer and business software applications
