📋 Description

• Develop, review, edit, and publish provider-facing communications, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, educational materials, and other provider resources • Translate complex healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and operational changes into clear, concise, and actionable communications for healthcare providers • Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, provider relations teams, and client stakeholders • Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, content development, reviews, and approval workflows across multiple projects and deadlines • Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, training materials, and other educational content • Serve as a lead resource for provider publications and communication initiatives supporting Medicaid and healthcare programs • Manage multiple publication cycles, communication initiatives, and high-visibility deliverables • Directly influence provider experience, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing professional communications, publications, educational materials, or related content • Experience preferably within Medicaid, Medicare, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare operations • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Experience translating complex healthcare, regulatory, policy, or operational information into clear and actionable communications • Experience developing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, educational materials, or similar professional content • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
