📋 Description
• Support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program • Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid enrollment guidelines and state and federal requirements • Use multiple websites to screen applications and determine whether state requirements are met • Perform and document outreach to providers through phone calls and emails • Ensure providers include all necessary and accurate documentation to complete enrollment • Work directly with the client as needed to review and obtain necessary approvals on applications and updates
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectively • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours
