• Responsible for supporting provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program • Review and process Medicaid, provider enrollment, and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid enrollment guidelines • Use multiple websites to screen and make determinations about meeting state requirements • Perform and document outreach to providers through phone calls and emails to ensure accurate documentation for enrollment • Work directly with the client to review and obtain necessary approvals on applications
• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectively • Strong verbal and written communication skills • At least 2 years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired
