📋 Description

• Apply quality-control standards to operational processes, recurring reports, dashboards, and client deliverables • Perform quality reviews, data validation, reconciliations, and trend analysis to identify errors, inconsistencies, and emerging risks • Document findings, determine whether issues are isolated or recurring, and support corrective actions with stakeholders • Monitor adherence to business rules, contractual requirements, service level expectations, and departmental procedures • Collaborate with operations, quality, compliance, reporting, and technical teams to define metrics and reporting requirements • Develop and maintain operational, quality, compliance, and management dashboards using Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau • Write and enhance SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and recurring reporting • Use Python or comparable scripting tools for data preparation, automation, repeatable validation, and analytical review • Define and maintain KPI calculations, thresholds, exception views, report logic, and documentation • Validate reporting outputs against source systems and requirements, investigate discrepancies, and document assumptions and limitations • Facilitate requirements-gathering discussions and translate business needs into business rules, data definitions, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and implementation tasks • Support reporting and process improvements through testing, implementation, user education, stabilization, and measurement • Coordinate quality, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, tracking risks, dependencies, and issues • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leaders, clients, and technical and non-technical stakeholders • Share expertise and contribute to standardized practices, documentation, and continuous improvement • Deliver accurate, complete, timely, and well-documented reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs • Reduce recurring defects, manual reconciliation, avoidable rework, and unresolved data-quality issues • Identify, escalate, remediate, and monitor quality and compliance concerns • Improve visibility into SLA performance, workload distribution, operational trends, exceptions, and risks • Deliver assigned initiatives on time with validated requirements, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, business analysis, operational analytics, reporting, compliance, or a related discipline • At least 1 year of experience performing quality reviews, compliance monitoring, audit support, data validation, or performance improvement activities • Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis, including joins, filtering, aggregations, and business rule logic • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, or a comparable business intelligence platform • Experience using Python or another scripting language to support analytics, automation, or data quality validation • Knowledge of KPI development, data quality concepts, requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and documentation practices • Ability to interpret client, contractual, operational, or regulatory requirements and translate them into measurable controls, reporting specifications, or business rules • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and data storytelling skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross-functional teams • Ability to handle protected, confidential, and regulated information in accordance with applicable privacy, security, and organizational requirements • Reliable broadband internet required for telework • Willingness to work required business hours aligned with the operation • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Preferred experience in healthcare, Medicaid, government, public sector, regulated environments, client contracts, SLAs, regulatory reporting, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, data governance, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, AWS, certifications, project coordination, or mentoring
