📋 Description

• Apply quality improvement methodologies and change management principles, including IHI, PDSA, Lean, and Six Sigma • Support Population Health and Quality Improvement initiatives • Support QAPI program activities to advance outcomes, reduce variation, and meet client requirements • Collaborate across departments to align and support Population Health strategies • Facilitate and monitor cross-functional quality improvement initiatives • Maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, committee minutes, and program materials • Support compliance activities related to EQRO requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of healthcare quality improvement experience, preferably supporting Medicaid programs • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, and IHI performance improvement methodologies • Experience supporting process improvement and quality improvement initiatives • Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, HEDIS, population health, health equity, and performance improvement concepts • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SharePoint • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
