📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based primary care via asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video • Provide care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through Galileo’s proprietary app and technology • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients aged 0–100, including patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health needs • Work with a diverse patient population • Solve patient problems efficiently by drawing on resourcefulness and collaborating with team members • Work 4-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight on weekdays and weekends • Work at least two 4-hour shifts each weekend in addition to weekday hours

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 24 hours/week • 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care • Experience in or appetite for learning digital-first healthcare (e.g. virtual medicine) • Interest in innovative models of care balancing evidence-based approaches with creative ideas • Highly comfortable using technology and various applications to deliver care virtually • Experience with proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack • Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner • Active NP license in NY • Multi-licensed in other states preferred • Proficiency with written and spoken medical Spanish is a nice to have
