• Conceive, develop, and launch new social-native content verticals from scratch. • Manage a lean development budget across multiple concepts simultaneously. • Define and track success metrics for each concept. • Hand off proven concepts to dedicated brand teams. • Collaborate with production staff to bring concepts to life. • Use AI-assisted creative tools and workflows for audience engagement.
• At least eight years of experience in digital content development, social media brand building, or related fields. • Proven track record of developing new content concepts with lean budgets. • Experience applying audience research, consumer insights, or behavioral frameworks to content development decisions. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
