📋 Description
• Coach collegiate BEDI chairwomen in assigned region • Audit chapter practices and recommend changes • Educate chapter leaders on Bias Incident Report Form usage • Collaborate with bias incident response team • Hold BEDI chairwomen accountable to responsibilities • Ensure chapters appoint BEDI Committee members from each academic class
🎯 Requirements
• Coaching experience for chapter leaders • Knowledge of BEDI practices • Familiarity with auditing and implementing inclusive changes • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Willingness to travel internationally 2-7 days per year
