Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority is a nonprofit women's collegiate organization that builds confident women of character through sisterhood, leadership development, philanthropy, and community engagement. 📋 Description

• Facilitate Gamma Phi Beta educational programs for collegiate officers and chapter/co-chapter advisors • Coach and mentor participants through large-group facilitation • Provide feedback to staff on educational content • Review curriculum before training and program facilitation • Participate in facilitator training • Facilitate assigned three-hour program(s) for collegiate executive council officers and chapter/co-chapter advisors • Complete applicable online learning modules in Fidelity, the Sorority’s Learning Management System • Mentor REAL Leadership Retreat participants and offer connection opportunities after the retreats

🎯 Requirements

• Open to members and friends of Gamma Phi Beta • Proven track record in program facilitation and delivery preferred • Advocacy for the Sorority experience • Communication: prepares prior to communicating, employs active listening skills, and applies feedback • Teamwork: demonstrates positive team dynamic behaviors and manages tasks based on team needs • Resilience: manages challenging change and ambiguity and adapts to needs in the moment • Diversity and Inclusion: recognizes how personal identity influences leadership, interacts with individuals of different identities, and evaluates personal bias • Critical Thinking: provides alternative perspectives and describes complexity of issues • Ability to participate in a two-hour facilitator training on December 8 from 6–8 p.m. MT • Ability to facilitate assigned three-hour programs during scheduled retreat dates • Ability to complete online learning modules in Fidelity before the event as applicable
