📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate candidate attendance for domestic and overseas training courses supporting multiple government contract requirements • Conduct pre-training calls covering expectations, logistics, travel arrangements, and mandatory administrative steps • Collect, verify, and track candidate registration documentation for compliance before course start dates • Maintain real-time tracking and reporting on training pipelines, course attendance, dropouts, and graduates • Coordinate with Recruiting and HR to manage candidate volume and align training seats with hiring priorities • Partner with Travel and Operations to support deployment, lodging, and logistics for candidates attending training globally • Monitor course completion and escalate pipeline bottlenecks or compliance issues to operational leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum one (1) year of experience in training coordination, operational logistics, talent acquisition, or workforce administration • Experience handling complex scheduling and documentation workflows • Preferred experience in database management, ATS/LMS platforms, and tracking candidate pipelines using Excel or operational reporting tools • Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organization • Ability to manage tight timelines in a high-volume environment • Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting and/or moving up to 49 pounds • Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise
