📋 Description
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop/network support. • Provide break fix services for laptops, desktops and mobile computing devices. • Provide mobile device support. • Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc…).
🎯 Requirements
• Preferred candidates should be working towards the completion of a BA/BS or MS degree in computer science or similar degree. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 operating systems. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of Windows applications. • Remote PC trouble resolution. • Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc…). • PC hardware and software configuration skills, preferably with Dell, IBM, and HP/Compaq PCs and Laptops. • Understanding of the following concepts: IP, DHCP, WINS, and DNS. • Basic knowledge of mobile computing devices (Blackberry and Windows/Apple Mobile devices).
