📋 Description

• Conduct psych evaluations for new and returning patients. • Perform medication management in accordance with established protocols. • Evaluate new patients to assess their mental health needs and develop appropriate care plans. • Conduct thorough psych assessments on returning patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. • Follow ups are scheduled during appointment by Provider. • Charting and complete services. • Writes prescriptions. • Works with digital coordinator to coordinate staffing levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). • Current and valid nursing license in Pennsylvania required. • Certification in psychiatric nursing is preferred. • Additional certifications in telehealth or related fields are a plus. • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check. • Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances. • Pass Drug Screen. • 2 Step TB Test.
