📋 Description

• Support analysis of business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems • Participate in all phases of the capture and growth lifecycle • Provide the voice of the customer during reviews, proposal development, and content development • Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams on strategic initiatives • Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs • Use knowledge of Department of State processes and priorities to identify continuous process improvement opportunities and strategies • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business • Support impactful Department of State mission outcomes • Help position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner to the Department of State Consular Affairs Bureau

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of related experience • In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CA • Proven experience leading dynamic mission-focused teams • Strong strategic development and implementation experience • Experience directing large teams to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory changes • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to strategically assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities • Exceptional problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently with limited direction • Knowledge of Department of State processes and priorities • US citizenship is not required • No clearance is required
