📋 Description

• Support GDIT’s Technology Shared Services Data and Analytics team • Develop customer dashboards and deep-dive analytics • Deliver customer solutions and improve business processes • Integrate relationships between business units and central corporate functions • Collect information through staff dialogue, database review, and report interpretation • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as needed • Communicate complex data through comprehensive methods • Determine business metrics for organizational or client informational needs • Conduct market research and define industry best practices • Create, refine, and deliver internal or external reports and dashboards • Provide data analytics and key insights • Define and highlight KPIs to measure performance across sections • Present reports and recommendations to business leaders • Manage competing priorities and adapt to changing client needs

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent years of experience • 0+ years of relevant experience • Microsoft Excel background • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and/or Databricks • Exposure to Microsoft Power BI dashboard design • Ability to create, maintain, interpret, and troubleshoot data-heavy reports • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing client needs • Ability to present to business leaders, understand business needs, and make recommendations • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to take initiative to develop, run, and present reports • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Less than 10% travel required
