📋 Description

• Manage relationships between a portfolio of Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party • Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with all HFPP Partners • Ensure assigned Partners are aware of and take advantage of HFPP membership benefits • Capture Partner feedback and communicate it to TTP and HFPP leadership • Engage Partners in conversations about HFPP analytics • Assist with day-to-day partner onboarding activities • Assist partners completing data sharing agreements • Assist with onboarding data to the TTP Data Warehouse • Support HFPP and non-HFPP events • Support CMS Trusted Third Party activities as part of a 50-person team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field, business administration, criminal justice, or a related field • 2+ years of related experience • No security clearance currently possessed or required to obtain • No U.S. citizenship required • Strong decision-making skills • Demonstrated leadership qualities • Proven organizational skills • Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism • Ability to independently follow through on problems • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance • Ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • High initiative and ability to juggle multiple priorities • Ability to achieve goals in team and independent environments • Willingness to complete identity verification using advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence • Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews
