📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day credentialing and recredentialing activities • Support regulatory compliance, provider onboarding, and program readiness • Collaborate with providers, internal credentialing teams, quality staff, and operational leadership • Ensure applications, verifications, and documentation are complete and accurate • Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV) • Validate licensure and certifications • Prepare provider files for committee review • Maintain accurate provider records • Use credentialing systems, quality review processes, CMS and NCQA regulatory standards, and documentation best practices • Support high-quality provider management operations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of related experience • 2+ years of healthcare credentialing experience preferred • Knowledge of initial credentialing, recredentialing, Primary Source Verification (PSV), credentialing documentation requirements, regulatory compliance (CMS, NCQA), and provider onboarding workflows • MB(T2) security clearance • US citizenship required • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organization and communication skills • Ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with providers and internal teams • Less than 10% travel as needed
