📋 Description

• Support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program • Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue cycle workflows related to charging, coding, billing, claims management, and revenue integrity • Partner with clinical, HIM, finance, and operational stakeholders to optimize downstream revenue cycle processes • Support implementation and sustainment activities • Troubleshoot workflow issues • Ensure accurate capture and reconciliation of clinical revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects • Deep experience in back-end revenue cycle operations • Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory billing workflows • Experience with coding, HIM, and claims management • Understanding of revenue cycle impacts from clinical documentation • EHR implementation, optimization, or support experience • Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and financial teams • Knowledge of Indian Health Services workflows • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
