📋 Description

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning meetings • Establish and document customer journey mapping strategies for the Case Management Modernization Program • Own the backlog decomposition strategy and ensure consistent implementation across the product backlog • Work with customers to align expectations and control scope • Provide transparency through backlog metrics and automated dashboards • Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready across work items • Maintain a prioritized backlog with at least four sprints of work ready for each development team • Participate in PI planning and clarify deliverables, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and task sequencing • Collaborate with Federal Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve impediments and clarify requirements • Conduct retrospectives and Communities of Practice meetings to gather feedback, improve processes, and cross-train staff • Improve end-to-end processes, product quality, requirements alignment, and customer satisfaction • Identify and manage risks, communicate mitigation plans, and follow through on issue resolution • Collaborate with Architects, Testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on end-to-end deliverable alignment • Maintain process maps in Microsoft Visio, including two-level subprocess flows • Develop narratives describing activities and business and technical data flows • Participate in process mapping and analysis sessions with the CMM Backlog team and Court staff • Analyze stakeholder input to identify standardization opportunities and required variations among court types and local rules • Validate completed work items against requirements and Definition of Done • Support manual and automation testers in designing test cases and test steps • Maintain accessible hierarchical process flows and narratives for end-user drill-down

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • 5 to 7+ years of experience supporting the product owner and agile team, eliciting business needs, maintaining user stories in the backlog, writing and maintaining technical documentation, modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture, and data • Experience supporting multiple teams and ensuring overall objectives are met • Experience analyzing, decomposing, and documenting detailed requirements • Experience developing requirements into technical user stories with Definition of Done and acceptance criteria • Experience assisting Product Owners or Team Leads with product scope, vision, and roadmap • Experience with system analysis and subject matter expertise on issues and bugs • Experience conducting business process analysis, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering • Experience designing cloud-based IT solutions for integration and deployment with legacy applications • Experience supporting greenfield application development projects • Experience supporting tech stacks including React and NodeJS preferred • Experience supporting COTS solutions such as Camunda, Flowable, MS Bookings, and SharePoint Embedded is a plus • Experience with gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternatives studies, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards • Experience delivering technical briefings and hosting meetings to diverse audiences • Strong technical background and experience working with Solutions Architects and senior development team members • Hands-on experience with progressive elaboration of highly technical epics and stories • Experience supporting resilient, zero-downtime web applications • Experience supporting microservice architecture and event-driven patterns • Experience designing complex state-managed systems • Experience designing workflow systems • Experience with Microsoft Visio • Experience with Figma • Experience designing rule-based, component-driven UI functionality • Experience designing complex external-facing systems with proper authentication • Strong understanding of current UI frameworks and libraries • FedRAMP experience is good to have • Experience assisting with testing, writing acceptance criteria, and confirming test case results • Experience producing current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks before sprint starts • BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • No US citizenship requirement • No clearance required
