📋 Description

• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning meetings • Establish and document customer journey mapping strategies for the Case Management Modernization Program • Own the backlog decomposition strategy and ensure consistent implementation across the product backlog • Align with customers while maintaining strict scope control • Provide backlog transparency through current metrics and automated dashboards • Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready • Maintain a prioritized backlog with at least four sprints of ready work for each development team • Participate in PI planning and clarify deliverables, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and task sequencing • Collaborate with Federal Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve impediments and clarify requirements • Conduct retrospectives and Communities of Practice meetings to gather feedback and improve processes • Identify and manage risks, communicate mitigation plans, and follow issues through resolution • Collaborate with architects, testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on end-to-end deliverables • Update and maintain process maps in Microsoft Visio • Develop narratives describing process activities and business and technical data flows • Lead process-flow mapping and analysis sessions with the backlog team and court staff • Capture stakeholder input and analyze standardization needs and variations among court types and local rules • Validate completed work items against requirements and the Definition of Done • Support manual and automated testers in designing test cases and test steps • Maintain accessible hierarchical process flows and narratives • Support development and modernization of cloud-based enterprise software replacing the CM/ECF system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • 5 to 7+ years supporting Product Owners and Agile teams, eliciting business needs, maintaining backlogs, documenting requirements, modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture, and data • Experience supporting multiple teams and achieving overall objectives • Experience analyzing, decomposing, and documenting detailed requirements • Experience developing technical user stories with Definition of Done and acceptance criteria • Experience assisting Product Owners or Team Leads with product scope, vision, and roadmaps • Experience providing system analysis and subject matter expertise on issues and bugs • Experience conducting business process, workflow, and re-engineering analysis • Experience designing cloud-based IT solutions integrated with legacy applications • Experience supporting greenfield application development projects • Experience supporting technology stacks including React and NodeJS preferred • Experience supporting COTS solutions such as Camunda, Flowable, MS Bookings, SharePoint Embedded, or other document-processing tools is a plus • Experience with gap analyses, workflow analysis, Analysis of Alternatives studies, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards • Experience delivering technical briefings and hosting meetings for diverse audiences • Strong technical background and experience working with Solutions Architects and senior developers • Hands-on experience progressively elaborating highly technical epics and stories • Experience supporting resilient zero-downtime web applications • Experience supporting microservice architecture and event-driven patterns • Experience designing complex state-managed systems • Experience designing workflow systems • Experience designing rule-based, component-driven UI functionality • Experience designing complex externally facing systems with appropriate authentication • Strong understanding of current UI frameworks and libraries • FedRAMP experience is good to have • Experience assisting with testing by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test-case results • Experience producing current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks before sprint starts • BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills • Consultant mindset and ability to work with senior customer stakeholders • Experience identifying and applying industry tools, solutions, methods, best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • US citizenship is not required • No security clearance is required • Must be available for 40 scheduled weekly hours
