📋 Description

• Support data collection and analysis for monitoring implementation of a government program involving care and placement participants in grant-funded care provider programs • Work with contractor and federal staff to enhance program data collection and analysis • Update and develop on-site data collection tools and processes for statistically reliable field program assessments • Identify performance outcomes, indicators, and uniform data points for analysis • Conduct high-level data interpretation and analysis using a data analytics platform • Prepare written summaries and presentations for agency leadership • Provide ad-hoc data reporting • Oversee the quality and production of analytical reports • Train contractor and field staff on data collection and analysis tools • Support continuous improvement projects for data analysis • Compile, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Help build data repositories and databases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis, or 3 years with a Master’s degree • Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI and scripting languages such as R and Python • Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational databases • Advanced skills in Excel and VBA • Exceptional analytical skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred • Specialty skills in one or more of: Natural Language Processing; quantitative and qualitative data analysis; data engineering and large data sets; data cleaning and ETL; SQL, Python, and/or R; Tableau; Palantir; Linux and maintaining a Linux server • Existing Public Trust or ability to obtain one • No security clearance currently required; MBI (T2) public trust requirement • Less than 10% travel required • US citizenship is not required
