📋 Description

• leading the Site's commissioning activities of a combined cycle power plant • ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operating in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements • developing detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and execution strategies • coordinating with project management, engineering, construction, and operations teams to align commissioning activities with overall project objectives • overseeing the testing, inspection, and validation of plant systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), and auxiliary equipment • identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical or operational issues encountered during commissioning and start-up • ensuring systems are commissioned efficiently and are ready for safe and reliable operation • preparing regular progress updates, reports, and technical findings for internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) • Minimum of 7 years of commissioning experience in the power generation industry, with specific experience in combined cycle power plants • Ability to Travel / Work Remote at Construction Sites • Work long-term remote assignments supporting project installation up to 100% of the time • 2 years of experience in a leadership role with project and contractor's planning and coordination skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment • Strong organizational communication skills and attention to detail • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural project teams • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and site conditions
